Hunter Entsminger

 

Sherando — Junior Quarterback

 

Class 4 all-state 2nd team. Region 4C and Class 4 Northwestern District Offensive Player of the Year (unanimous district 1st team). Led area and set school records for completions (164, on 238 attempts), passing yards (2,736) and TDs (33). Had 6 INTs. Had 95 carries for 353 yards (3.7 average) and 4 TDs.

 

Isaac Brown

 

Millbrook — Senior All-Purpose

 

Class 4 all-state 2nd team. Region 4C and Class Northwestern District 1st team (unanimous district selection). Quarterback completed 112 of 180 passes for 1,728 yards, 15 TDs and 5 INTs. Had 107 carries for 479 yards (4.5 average) and 9 TDs. Will play for NCAA Division I (FCS) Richmond as a wide receiver.

 

Peyton Rutherford

 

Clarke — Sophomore Running back

 

Region 2B 2nd team. Bull Run District 1st team. Led the area in carries (269), yards (2,131, averaging 8.0 per attempt) and TDs (31). Caught 20 passes for 254 yards and 5 TDs.

 

T.J. Washington

 

Sherando — Junior Running back

 

Region 4C and Class 4 Northwestern District 1st team (unanimous district selection). Had 229 carries for 1,545 yards (6.7 average) and 18 TDs. Caught 43 passes for 611 yards and 11 TDs. Set school record for points (198).

 

Kyle Baylor

 

Clarke — Junior Running back

 

Had 87 carries for 877 yards (10.1 average) and 10 TDs. Had 23 catches for 310 yards and 4 TDs.

 

Savon Smith

 

Millbrook — Junior Wide Receiver

 

Class 4 Northwestern District 2nd team as a WR. Region 4C and district 1st team (unanimous district selection) as a running back. Caught 52 passes for 823 yards and 8 TDs. Had 70 carries for 693 yards (9.9 average) and 14 TDs.

 

Aaron Banks

 

Sherando — Senior Wide Receiver

 

Class 4 all-state 2nd team. Region 4C and Class Northwestern District 1st team (unanimous district selection). Led the area in receptions (60, school record), yards (1,060) and TDs (12).

 

Kevin Curry

 

Handley — Junior Wide Receiver

 

Region 4C 2nd team. Class 4 Northwestern District 1st team. Had 36 catches for 643 yards and 6 TDs.

 

Bryan Wallace

 

Clarke — Senior Offensive Lineman

 

Class 2 all-state, Region 2B and Bull Run District 1st team. Guard helped Eagles average 38.3 points and 360.7 yards per game, including area-best 294.1 rushing yards.

 

Nick Corbit

 

Sherando — Junior Offensive Lineman

 

Region 4C and Class 4 Northwestern District 1st team (unanimous district selection). Tackle helped Sherando average 41.1 points per game.

 

Nic Kline

 

Millbrook — Senior Offensive Lineman

 

Region 4C and Class 4 Northwestern District 1st team (unanimous district selection). Tackle helped Sherando average 41.1 points per game.

 

Bobby Teahan

 

Handley — Senior Offensive Lineman

 

Region 4C 2nd team. Class 4 Northwestern District 1st team. Helped Handley average 274.9 yards per game. Did not give up a sack in last 26 games of his career. Played in VHSCA all-star game. Will play for NCAA Division I (FCS) Howard University.

 

Isaiah Allen

 

Sherando — Junior Offensive Lineman

 

Region 4C 2nd team. Class 4 Northwestern District 1st team. Helped Sherando average 391.8 yards per game, including an area-best 203.3 passing yards.

 

Stone Garver

 

Sherando — Senior Kicker

 

Class 4 Northwestern District 1st team (unanimous selection). Led the area in extra points (74), attempts (80), field goal percentage (50 percent, 2 of 4) and points (80). Had four touchbacks on kickoffs.

 

T.J. Washington

 

Sherando — Junior Return Specialist

 

As a punt returner, Class 4 all-state 2nd team and Region 4C and Class 4 Northwestern District 1st team. Honorable mention all-district as a kickoff returner. Returned 16 punts for 345 yards (21.6 average) and 3 TDs. Returned 13 kickoffs for 338 yards (26.0 average) and 1 TD.
